that happens when you don't eat for a long period and then start eating. Eat more regular smaller meals. If it persists, then I'd get it checked out. Best of luck-

There are many factors that can contribute to this. Aside from going to see your doctor, it will all depend on what it is you are eating. Any fatty foods or foods with high sugar content will do this to you. The sugar foods may give you a slight high but then you will crash afterwards and feel *tired*. I still recommend a doctor's visit.

Do you eat fast?
Because if you do then your body might be reacting to sudden energy being demanded to process/digest your incoming food...

your body is processing food. Depending on the type of food it can be a laborious task. And although you may not realize that you are burning energy your body(stomach, colon, glands, etc.) is actually working very hard to digest what you just ate.
