Girls...I have long dark brown hair and fair skin...what color dress is best?

I also have brown hair & fair skin & all of my friends say that red looks good on me. I decided to test that out & wore a red dress to a wedding I went to recently....I got numerous compliments. Try red, emerald green, bright pink (not neon) or purple (pastel or a little darker).

A nice dark purple dress or deep red would look stunning. A nice emerald green dress would also look great. Try to stay away from orange and yellow. THat would be too vibrant and not go good with your fair skin.

I think it depends on your eye color. If you have brown eyes, you will look stunning in either red or pink. If you have blue eyes, you should go for either a sky blue, amethyst purple or royal blue dress. If you have green eyes, you will obviously look smoking hot in an emeral green dress. Whatever you do, don't wear a black dress, because with your hair and skin tone you will risk looking like Morticia Addams. Good luck!

i am in the same boat...i find that all shades of brown work very well...like gold, camel, tan, brown.

You cant beat black!!

Purple will make you look pretty pastey if you have fair skin.

Red would probably work well also.
