i have this annoying neck pains when i take the bus or just sitting around...the neck pains wil be followed by head aches.

Try placing a hot towel or a bottle with hot water on the neck to reduce the pain.

i had a bad back and neck pain for about a year, i went and had a really good massage at a salon and it went because it was a trapped nerve. i would give that a go. you got no thing to loss.
