200g dark chocolate
30g butter
100ml cream
1 vanilla pod
5 tablespoons cocoa powder
Enough for 4

1) Break the chocolate up into a bowl and melt over a pan of boiling water.
2) Split the vanilla pod open lengthways and scrape out the seeds.
3) Mix the cream and vanilla together in a pan and bring to the boil.
4) Pour the mixture into the bowl of melted chocolate and mix well.
5) Add the melted butter and stir in with a wooden spoon. Leave the mixture to chill.
6) Add the cocoa powder and roll the mixture in your hands to form balls. Roll each ball into a dusting of cocoa powder before serving.
