No, as his body was destroyed to fulfill the convenient of the sacrificial lamb. To give this a technical angle, everything that he was, his mind, his being, his very essence was downloaded into a spirit body, for existence in Heaven. This was an example of the form of the resurrection for those born again, which will take place first, in the time of the end.
Lazarus was the other form of the resurrection, one back to human life, which will happen to the "Sheep not of this fold" who will take part in the second resurrection of Revelations, to everlasting life on earth. Their bodies are gone, and for the most part, has been absorb by all of us, as they became dust and was recycled through plants. They will receive whole new bodies, ones that will not age or get sick.

He defeated death and came alive- Only God can do that.
This is to show not only that He was the Messiah and the Savior but also God!
Acts 10:40-42
40but God raised him on the third day and made him to appear, 41not to all the people but to us who had been chosen by God as witnesses, who ate and drank with him after he rose from the dead. 42And he commanded us to preach to the people and to testify that he is the one appointed by God to be judge of the living and the dead
-Notice Jesus ate and drank to show them that He was alive- and that he felt hunger, to prove that it was truly Him in the flesh- and not just a spirit coming back to them- but that He truly rose and came alive- and He is alive today! Praise God!
