No, it doesn't mean that you are on the verge of doing anything. Virgin was a term used for as long as there has been civilization. Basically you haven't had any type of sexual encounter, and oral sex is still sex! You should wait til you are ready, and make sure you do it with the right person, my friends did that and they regret it to this day.
