You don't just become a spy. You have to start off small and work your way up the ladder. Once you acquire enough connections and reputation in smaller related jobs, you might be offered a higher position.

You need to go to college and talk to your career counselors about what to do. When I was in college you could take a test to be in the Secret Service and all that sort of stuff. Also the FBI does recruitment also. You could also ask a military recruiter how to get a job in intelligence.
You probably need a four year degree if you want anyone to take you seriously though.

Well if I wanted to be a spy I would apply to the CIA. Let them give me a background check,and train at the farm. Of course they would people knowlagble in arabic language.
