There is one which both girls and guys can use. It's made out of natural mineral salts and is manufactured by Crystal. It's sold at Walgreens and can run anywhere between 3 and 7 dollars, depending upon it's form, (roll on v. stick v. spray). It lasts for one year or more, so you don't have to keep buying it every several months. It is unscented, hypoallergenic, non-sticky and non-staining and it also has no aluminum chlorohydrate. Usually with the stick you have to wet it a little and then use it (just follow directions). It's easy, clean and what I like most it's unscented so the smell doesn't mix with my perfume.

Get both a deodorant that is also an antiperspirant.

There is one called Tom's. My husband uses it. I buy it at Trader Joe's.
