Their breasts. Getting hit there can hurt. They often cross there arms over their chests.

Same goes for basketball. When men set screens (in case you're unfamiliar with basketball, the point of a screen is to get someone to run into you), men screen with their hands down, while women often cross their arms over their chest.

As a side point, you'll mostly see girls (high school and younger) do the arms crossed thing. I'm not sure why, but it seems most WNBA/pro soccer women do the same thing as men. I think maybe it's a desire to avoid "playing like girl."

Their breasts first, their groin second. Though the breasts are more sensitive -- especially at Certain Times of the Month -- the groin is also a painful place to be hit. Women's lady-parts are better protected than men's whatsits, but they are still sensitive. That's one reason sex is so much fun, come to think of it.
