Why would you want RENNET? That is the stomach acid of an animal. They use it to make cheese. Not sure where you can get it, but there are alternatives such as PECTIN, AGAR AGAR, and CARAGEENAN, these are used almost the same way as RENNET! Good luck!

Try your local chemist, he may have to order it, or find a place that makes paneer, they use it and there are 2 the animal kind, from calves or the bacterial one for a milk protein.

You will need full fat milk and bring it to blood temparture, about 90 degrees F or 33 degrees Celcuis.
