what are the pros and cons of becoming a female conservative rabbi. and how do you feel about it?

there may be some who don't believe a lady can or should be in charge of a synagogue. feel as though the ability of any religious leader should be based on ability and no other serious qualifications. the town I recently moved from had a Lady Rabbi.

well one thing for sure its not Halachic. Then again the Conservative movement broke away from Halacha 50 years ago and will continue to do so even more next month.
