Have no fear.

For it is written that all acts of eating pasta are sacred rituals in the FSM's honor, yea, even unto the whole wheat or rice noodle.

all other days you are free to eat what you wish as long as you thank the FSM for it.

You are flirting with eternal damnation. The Flying Spaghetti Monster is not mocked. He will make your lasagna turn to ash in your mouth. As it says in the Holy Book of Recipes: "Thou shall not eat lasagna, nor let any other foreign substance grace thine tongue. Thine mouth shall only exist for the Great Lord of the Sauce, and if thou consumeth any forbidden food, thou shall be cast out of the Blessed Dining Room, to toil in the Kitchen. He shall pelt thee with meatballs, and wrap his noodles around thine neck until thou shall choke on the accursed food, and spit thine sinfulness out." Do not anger the Great Lord of the Sauce.
