No I think there must be a difference of at least 10 years before you are considered a cradle robber. My last G/F was 23 and I am 42

No, but dating a co-worker is a BAD IDEA. Think about what will happen if things don't work out and one (or both) of you ends up badly hurt! Then you'll have to deal with that person every day because you work together.
Been there, done that, bad idea, trust me.

if you're both okay with the age difference it doesn't matter if she's 18 and you're 37. just be aware of the age of consent laws in your area.
