Is a vision plan. I have it under my coverage at work.

is it V.S.P or VSD? As a child VSD is Ventricular Septal Defect. so someone might of misunderstood and put VSP. VSD is an aquired condition at birth where there is a communication between the left venticle and the right ventricle. This child need to be followed up with a MD if this is what he has.

Could it be short for 'visual service plan'? Maybe it's not a diagnosis, just an alert that the kid has eye problems.... anyway, go ask somebody who knows the kid better than we do!
