I'm currently 15yrs old with a height of 162 or 163cm. Does mine everyday pumpings and sit-ups cause me to have a growing height problem?

No . . . you should increase your nutrient input of calcium fiber protein iron, stretch more, and workout and play sports as much as possible. I mean, I'm only 167cm myself. If it's not in your genes to be tall, then unless you take some pretty drastic medical procedures, then it won't happen.

You could ask your doctor to do an X-ray and measure your growth plate, and from that they should be able to fairly accurately predict a good range of your adult height. Of course, some people have growth spurts at 13, some at 22, so you should just wait and see.

If you seriously think your body is not growing naturally, then talk to you doctor about any tests to determine it. But I highly doubt that exercising will limit your growth, unless you are just doing them totally wrong.
