To lose 10-13 pounds in one week is unhealthy.You'll lose allot of fluids and that can make you very sick.I do know a quick way to lose weight but you have to follow a strict diet and you have to exercise.You have to take out all sugars from your diet.Its best to work out in the morning because the workout speeds up your metabolic rate for the rest of the day.A good work out is to Jog about a mile without stopping or walk at a fast pace .In the morning eat 2 egg whites and drink a glass of cold water.Don't Eat dairy or bread.For lunch eat a salad without dressing;or make your own dressing with olive oil, vinegar, and salt.For Dinner make yourself a fruit salad.(as the day goes on your metabolic system slows down and fruit is easily digested so that no fat is stored)Don't eat past 6pm. If you get hungry throughout the day chug a cup of water.It'll fill you up.

the first week you might lose around 6-11 because most of it is water weight. after that it is just unhealthy. unless under 24/7 care of a specialist. Not even in the biggest loser are they steady at the much weight and they work out 6 hours a day

WARNING!!! For starters, the chances of being able to lose that much weight in one week are slim to none. More importantly, however, any type of crash or starvation diet or use of diet pills/fat burners can be extremely dangerous; possibly lethal. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but your goal simply isn't realistic. I strongly suggest that you don't try to lose that much weight that quickly. You'll end up paying for it one way or another.

3500 calories makes a pound. So the math says you have to have a 35000 calorie deficit to make this happen. That's 5000 calories a day! You have a better chance of winning the lottery!

learn about the body and calories... if you lose this much you've killed yourself.
you can't lose that much in 7 days.
sorry.
not even if you starved yourself and worked out.
it's bad for you and not recommended to even try.
learn about proper diet and exercise.

eat more green veges n fruits,eat less carbohydrate foods but eat more fibre foods instead,drink only plain water n do more jogging about 3-4 hours every day.u may see the result within a week.perseverence is the hinge of success.

I dont think you will be able to loose 10 pounds in one week unless you completely stop eating, maybe 4 pounds in one week if you exercise and eat small meals
