When anyone gets a really serious flu (in my life),.. there is one thing that seems to help pull you out of it.

Chicken + Bayleaf(ves) + White Rice

I think that's it.

I think the boneless Chicken is boiled and then added to the White and Bayleaf,.. sorry for being vauge.

It gets better the older it gets. So when you start off you eat the rice, then try a little meat the next day then your hogging down Rice and Meat like a Maniac the next.

When I've got the flu, I usually eat jello and popsicles. It's just enough nutrition to keep me from feeling like I'm starving, but it's also light enough that it doesn't upset my stomach.

The best things to eat and drink are "white" soda ie: Sprite, 7-Up, and Ginger Ale; crackers are also good ie: Ritz and Saltines

when you have stomache flu you are not to eat for twenty four hours. then gradually start eating. start with jello, chicken broth and things like that. then go on to chicken soup and rice with soda crackers. remember to drink plenty of fluids. take some pain relievers if you have pain. and get lots of rest. i hope you feel better soon. take care.

Oh boy, I hope you get better soon. Chicken noodle soup or plain cooked noodles, applesauce, dry white bread toast. Ginger Ale is always good.

Saltine crackers - helps with the nausea, and chicken noodle soup and clear soda (like Sprite) if you can handle those.
