I have tried eating healthy and exercising but I think I need a push. I have about 50 pounds to lose. 3 years ago I lost 65 on Atkins and kept off most of it (approx 50lbs). I am not looking for an easy, miracle diet pill. I have done research but all the research you do on your own doesn't compare to hearing it from actual real people. Thank you for all of your feedback as this is very important to me.
