Is Vitamin B12 shot give IntraMuscular?

May be given either as IM or SQ.
The needles provided with the B12 and the script will decide how it is given. If IM needles are provided it will be IM. If SQ needles are provided it will be SQ.

definately intramuscular, for long term absorption.

I think that it is usually given IM.
