This is not the easiest cheesecake to make but it is soooo chocolatey and good! It is easy enough to make, I make it for special holidays. My husband (who is not a big cheesecake fan) loves it.

1 cheesecake
50 min 15 min prep
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup mini chocolate chips
1 teaspoon flour
1 (6 ounce) ready made chocolate wafer pie crust
Chocolate glaze
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/4 cup whipping cream
chocolate curls (optional)
Preheat oven to 350. With mixer, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in milk until smooth. Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
Toss chips with flour, stir into cheese mixture. Pour into crust.
Bake 35 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched. Cool and top with glaze and curls. Serve chilled. Refrigerate leftovers.
Chocolate Glaze.
Melt 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips with 1/4 cup whipping cream; cook and stir until thickened & smooth. Immediately spread over pie.

Chocolate-Coffee Cheesecake With Mocha Sauce:
SOUTHERN DESSERTS Grand Prize Winner. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Brand Winner. Prep: 20 min.; Bake: 1 hr., 10 min.; Stand: 30 min.; Chill: 4 hrs. Serve each slice with a dollop of whipped cream, fresh raspberries, and fresh mint sprigs, if desired.
3 cups crushed chocolate graham crackers (about 20 sheets)
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
PAM Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
4 (8-ounce) packages PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup DOMINO Granulated Sugar
1/4 cup coffee liqueur
1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 large eggs
4 (1-ounce) bittersweet baking chocolate squares
Mocha Sauce
1. Stir together crushed graham crackers and butter; press mixture into bottom and up sides of a 9-inch springform pan coated with cooking spray.
2. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Cool crust in pan on a wire rack. Reduce oven temperature to 325°.
3. Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar at medium speed with an electric mixer until blended. Add coffee liqueur, coffee granules, and 1 teaspoon vanilla, beating at low speed until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating just until yellow disappears after each addition.
4. Remove and reserve 1 cup cream cheese mixture. Pour remaining batter into prepared crust.
5. Microwave chocolate squares in a medium-size glass bowl 1 minute or until melted, stirring after 30 seconds; let cool slightly. Stir reserved 1 cup cream cheese mixture into melted chocolate, blending well. Spoon chocolate mixture in lines on top of batter in springform pan; gently swirl with a knife.
6. Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until almost set. Turn oven off. Let cheesecake stand in oven, with door closed, 30 minutes. Remove cheesecake from oven, and gently run a knife around outer edge of cheesecake to loosen from sides of pan. (Do not remove sides of pan.) Cool on a wire rack. Cover and chill at least 4 hours.
7. Remove sides of springform pan. Serve with Mocha Sauce.
Yield: Makes 8 servings

An easy chocolate cheesecake pie, made with melted chocolate chips, sugar, cream cheese, and butter, mixed with whipped topping and chilled in a graham cracker crust.
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup granulated sugar
11 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 graham cracker crust, below
more whipped topping or whipped cream for topping
shaved milk chocolate, optional
PREPARATION:
Melt chocolate chips over low heat in saucepan or microwave, stirring frequently until smooth and melted. Set aside to cool. In large mixer bowl beat cream cheese, sugar and butter until smooth. On low speed blend in the melted chocolate. Fold in whipped topping until blended. Spoon cheese chocolate filling mixture into prepared graham cracker crust. Cover and chill until firm. Garnish with whipped topping and shaved chocolate

have u tried http://www.kraftfoods.com search engine on their site?mostly all their receipes especially desserts come out wonderful and super easy! But I love the pictures... so u know what it should look like!
