my mother in law gave me this recipe which is macaroni cheese with a twist
marinate tiny cubed chicken fillet cubes with lemon juice, salt, crushed garlic and white pepper
boil macaroni til al dente
steam the chicken in a pot with a knob of butter
add a tin of sweetcorn and tiny strips/cubed of capiscum/bell peppers when the chicken is cooked
steam for abt 3 minutes
make a bechamel sauce in a separate pan to which u add a pinch of italian herbs or origanum
mix the chicken with the pasta and place in an oven proof casserole dish
add the bechamel
sprinkle with cheese and bake til set and cheese is golden brown
YUM!

I love my own lasagna. Lots of cheese, ground beef, sauce (not homemade, I'm not that good), and no-bake Barilla pasta.
But my boyfriend's grilled burgers are the best. Good. God.
But I love my parent's Indian dishes more. Chicken curry, especially. And that's too complicated to explain here. :)

Homemade pizza is it for me.
I make my own crust or you can buy one from your local pizzeria.
I use prego spaghetti sauce instead of pizza sauce
I like to top mine with:
Pineapple
Red and Green Peppers
Mushrooms
Canadian Bacon
and.....lots and lots of mozarella cheese!!!!!!!
