It's the labelling laws- foods or beverages with 5 or fewer calories per serving are allowed to say they are calorie free- so the 3 cals sounds right, but the label on the can or jar is allowed to read 0, buy law.

No it's 0 calories and it actually speeds up your metabolisim so helps you loose weight. No milk or sugar though!!
