Yeah, that's probably not the best idea, especially if you drink soda or milkshake with that burger. Actually the soda is probably worse. Try to look for healthier choices, like salads and stuff... and drink unflavored iced tea (no corn syrup added, just put in a little normal sugar) or water with your meal. Good luck! Keep up with the exercise, it is good for you even if you can't see results right now. And by the way, if you're looking for better abs, make sure to do ab exercises :-) Good luck.

if you want to lose weight, STOP EATING FAST FOOD!! you'll find that even the things that are supposed to be low-cal or "healthy" really aren't. For example, the mandarin orange cups has 80 calories and a regular orange (purchased at a grocery store, market, etc.) only has about 35. I regularly ate fast food until last year, and dropped 35 pounds!! (I also quit soft drinks. the regular ones have way too many calories, and the diet ones have too much sodium.) This is an effective way to monitor your calorie intake: Multiply your weight by 10, then add your weight again to that sum: That gives you the number of calories you need to maintain your current weight without activity. To lose weight, take in less calories than this number. The best thing you can do is buy and prepare your own food. Fast food may seem less expensive and more convenient, but this simply isn't true. I can buy a week's worth of lunch for about $35 bucks.

there are a few factors to take into account. If you are starting to bulk up from lifting weights, then you need to look at that. Do more reps and less weights to tone and get a cut look. IN terms of running, is it a regular routine with the same distance each time? Or are you guestimating. Also as everyone said, eating Wendys every day isnt the best thing. I would cut most if you cant cut all carbs after 8-9PM. Stick with a big bottle of water. Eating late is a problem.

getting good abs is all about diet, no matter how much you lift and run. cut out all bad carbs and sugar and the burgers too. if you have to eat wendy's eat the grilled chicked sandwich with no mayo and throw out half of the bun. see if that works. and try not to eat a few hrs before you go to sleep.

Instead of the burgers, go for the chicken or the salads. Cut out the fry's and opt for the other sides on the menu.

You will never lose weight if you eat fast food; in fact you will probably start gaining. You cannot burn off that many empty calories. If you want to be buff, eat healthy.
