Yes- I witnessed a pedestrian get hit by a car - people just stared at me for a minute - I knew first aid so I was barking orders for someone to PLEASE call 9-1-1. Finally someone re-focused and rad to a nearby plaza to call. Luckily an off duty paramedic drove by and stopped to take over. I was relieved because the man appeared to be going into shock on me and I wasn't confident that I really knew what I was doing!

I used to get picked on and bullied everyday because I am Asian. I would asked God for help every night but the bullying didn't go away.
After I started taking boxing, Karate and Wrestling lessons the bullying went away really fast!
=US culture. Cool people are respected. Bush is cool!

I saw a man beating a woman as he was driving in a car (she was in the passenger seat; he was hitting her in the face). I followed them as I called 911 on my cell. There was a police car just around the corner and they stopped the car.
This was about three years ago, and I still worry about that woman.
