If you say to a guy, why dont you contact me in the week, and he says, i dunno im just busy, and he doesnt look at you and just plays with his phone, is he shy?

No, not shy honey. They usually say that they are "SO busy" when they arent that into you. If a guy really liked you, no matter how busy he was, he would make time to be with you. Move on.. dont ask him why hes not calling you anymore. He seems like a coward anyway.

eat a lot of protein, but supplement that with exercise so you gain some muscle. Continue to avoid sugars and fatty foods. That is not a healthy way to gain weight! I would say that you are not that under weight for your age. You could stand to gain 20-30 lbs and still be fine. Just make sure you do it by eating healthy food.

Nope he is lying. There is not enough busy in the world that could cause him not to call you in a week.
Read his body language one he doesn't look at and then he starts playing with his phone.

no he doesnt like you and is scared of hurtin your feelings. most guys don know how to express there feelins so they make up dump ones like the one he did with you. thts why he can tlook u in your face. so just leave him alone for a few days if he still doesnt call then you have ur answer

I don't think he is shy sweetie, I think he may not be interested in you, or he is seeing someone else.
Shyness would not have stopped him calling you im afraid.
