this would control the population in our town.and this sholud be decided by our local goverment.and if she gets pregnant with out a permit she should face jail time.what do you think

Jail time is a little harsh, in theory the plan would work...but its not really probable to do here. In some countrys like China they do this as population control, but time in jail is not the way to do this. People should be able to have as many kids as they want. If the government needed to control population they should make birth control free that way no one would have to worry about it.

Jail time, huh? And what becomes of that baby you wanted her to get a permit for? What if we made men get a permit before they could reproduce or just have sex in general? How about we just make you guys get a permit just to open your mouths? WOW! I like that idea instead!!!!

that goes against god's will... because in reality no one is a mistake.. everyone is here for a reason and purpose. so if the government were to want to regulate our population by wanting to have women get a permit to bear children then that will go against god's will. and then when the women is already pregnant and has to go to jail, in what conditions will the child live in. or will they take her to jail and make her abort the baby?

Women don't get pregnant on their own, you know. And if they required permits for guys to have sex with women, chances are guys like you that make comments like this would always be denied. Why would we want more stupid people reproducing?

First offense - jail time; second offense - sterilization. This would wipe out the population of the US of A in two generations. I'm all for it.

it would be "ideal" if no one got pregnant until after they are in a relationship and financially stable and educated and responsible... but the government cannot force those personal choices on people, you would have forced contraception and that's not right

The Man will be firstly given the sex permit to pregnate,if he breaks the law he will be sentenced to death or chop of his bits in Gallows.
