Measure your fat %. If you are more than 30% then it is better that you lose about 30 lbs.
1) Eat 5-6 smaller meals
2) Reduce or eliminate sugars, sodas and refined carbs
3) Weight train 3-4 times a week
4) Do cardio (30-40 min) 4-5 times a week
The initial fat loss will be great, if your are working out for the firast time. It will slowly taper off and it will comee down to 1-2 lb loss/ week

okay the first thing you have to understand once you start a diet it is for life the other thing is that I hate using the word of diet it is changing your diet okay if you are okay with this then you do not worry about how long it will take because if you are think it will happen next week Or 3 months from now and it doesn't then you will give up and try something else. This does work but you need to stick to it and will show it in 5 months or so but it is for life because if you think you can go back to the old ways then you will be just that. Lower your intake of Carbs and working out I do 60 carbs a day you can give yourself more but do not go over 115 a day and you can eat red meat and cheese and veggies and wheat stuff and NO Sugar but you can do splendia anyway no Paste or rice or no white. read up on it you can do the south beach it is healthy for you and it does work but you need to join a gym and cardio workouts and light weights to tone good luck it does work but it only can work if you want it

well1st of all go to walmart and buy a sauna suit,they are around $10 u wear it under yr clothes when u work out it gets rid of all the excess water weight u might be holdong in yr body or u can wear a garbage bag under yr clothes.Honestly if u weigh yrself b4 and after u work out u can c the scale drop by 3 to 4 lbs.Drink alot of lemon juice and water it helps clean out yr system as well.You do not have to starve to diet u can lose taht extra weight in 30 days if u excercise with the bag on or the sauna suit.Stay away from fast foods and eat alot of chicken breast and salad.Good luck it helped me when i went on a diet i lost 80 lbs and so far kept it off for over a yr.And u can still tret yrslef on the weekends.If u like snacks eat popcorn or nachos and salsa.Cucumbers,celery and alot of veggies are actually negative calories so u burn more than u are actually consuming the more u eat of them the more u burn so go hard!!Did u know a whole head of lettuce is only 20 calories>?And think about it if you ever eat those ichiban noodles they are loaded with carbs and calories just for one package its unreal!You can eat around 90 to 100 cucumbers that equal that one package of noodles.It is common sense alot of the diet issues.hope this helps.

I have lost over 30 lbs by doing food combining.
The deal is, it takes a different digestive enzyme for protein, carbs and sugars and when you combine them in your stomach you slow your digestion down so the by product is fat.
What you do is: Eat protein foods and non starchy vegies together (Save the potatoes, yams, carrots, and hard squash for the carb meals).
Use whole grains if possible, (browh rice, whole wheat bread and pasta) and eat your carb meals separatly.
Eat fruit alone or before a meal and then wait a half hour so it digests before you do carbs or protein.
You can eat pretty much anything you just cant eat it together.
Drink lots of water too.

exercise. put down the little debbies and get on your bike, jog..swim..anything.......that and dont eat 4-6 hours before you go to bed...never skip a meal..ever.
