Please Regarding Julia?

we must all stop answering her questions, even to slag her off!! its attention she wants, if we ignore her and her alternate ids maybe she'll leave..
anyone agree?

she has multiple julia id's all the same somehow, she even answering her own q's.

and i agree about this giving her attention, but thought it would be worth it if it worked.

have been reporting her, have done so at least 10 times today

Why fuss yourself? I report people if they are insulting or whatever, why don't you do the same if it upsets you. Surely she will get fed up? It cant be much fun sitting on the pc just firing off abuse the whole time.

Maybe we should all start praying for her. I am serious here. Send a thought out into the Universe for her. She must be a very disturbed person.

Agree. I'm not even going to bother to report her, or give her thumbs down. The best way to deal with these people is to ignore them - 'turn the other cheek', if you like! If she doesn't get ANY feedback she might stop messing about.

By the way, someone said that there are three Julias, all with the same photo. She certainly seems to be able to answer her own questions, something that shouldn't be possible.

Now can we stop these questions about this person? It's feeding her habit.

However, it is difficult to stop everyone answering her questions.

I will set up a website to alert the world of the fake Julia, the real Julia has her name capitalised "Julia" the fake has her name lower case "julia"

Isnt posting a question about her giving her MORE unwanted attention???? Id also like to point out that this is the R&S section - you know, the place where all the fundies tell us that we are going to Hell for not following Jesus. And here you are, asking us to gang up and take someone out who is obviously anti-religious.... So, you actually demonstrate that religion causes in-group philosophies and out-group hatred. Nice job. I think I actually understand what Julia's (or the clone anyway) gripe with your religion is. HYPOCRITE.

Its the ONLY way to deal with the abusive trolls. As you say they want attention and reactions - when they get them they continue - ignore them and they'll soon get bored and go and play somewhere else xxx

I tried that question awhile back that we should ignore and only rate and report abuse. She or someone like her will always be here, but as long as you, myself and a few others realize what should be done, it may happen. But it will take awhile.

She seems a bit inconsistent, but I've know her make some very valid points. She is clearly out to rile and irritate theists, especially Xtians, but providing she does not simply slide into insult and obscenity (which I fear she is in danger of doing) that's fine by me. If she asks questions that highlight the stupidity and hypocrisy of religious belief, she has my support.

I can't believe you are asking for agreement in the R&S section..."Let's all agree to gang up on Julia and and ostracize her because we don't like what she says..." Maybe this is the appropriate section.
