To the police, first police brutalilty seldom occurs, but if and when it does you merely call the police, since most police want nothing to do with bad cops.

The attorney general, usually in the capital city of your state.Also a lawyer from out of that district would be a great help. Go to various organizations, the NAACP, etc..Go to city council meetings and complain.It is not impressive to me that police will lie for each other, BUT they will, that is one of the reasons I have no use for them. Contact Senators, congressman etc..Senators in your home state would be best. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!!!!!

keep a camera and record. If you have evidence showing that you saw it like a video or whatever- put it on your tube or call a local news station like NBC4 or k-cal 9
