ok.....whats wrong qwith me? I eat about 1300 calories a day or so and i jog and go to cheerleading for 2 hours but i still seem to gain weight? what is up with me?

well if you are pretty much active you might
want to check your thyroid. I had hyperthyroidism and
I lost like 20lbs in 1 mo. and the Dr.s didnt know what was
going on till finally I had a friend recommend me to chech my
thyroid panel which includes T3 and T4 and TSH. and they put me on meds. and after a while it got throwed off so know i have
Hypothyroid which has slowed down my metabolism and have gained over 30lbs.... so I would go and check that out just incase.

You may have a thyroid problem or you may be too skinny to begin with. If you're, say, 15 lbs underweight, any amount of food will make you gain weight.

maybe you just have low metabolic rate.
well you weight gain are probably all muscle mass from your exercises?

Relax. I don't think there's anything wrong with you.

your eating the wrong food then and you need more exercise.
