Do you mean government owned? No. Not in the sense of BBC or CBC anyway. There are US TV stations which cover the federal government like C-SPAN (1/2/3) and the Pentagon channel. There's also the US federally run TV station which broadcasts to Cuba from a Balloon in the Florida Keys (and no one in Cuba can see it) called TV Marti. AFRTS is a radio and TV service for the US military around the world.
