Hello, I am Anjon from Dhaka, Bangladesh. I am 26 years old (male). My weight is 45 K.G. So i am under weight. I have milk alergy. So i dont drink or eat milk products. Some times i feel stomach ache. I have meet best of doctors in Bangladesh as well as India. But they said i dont have any problem but Anxity. That makes the stomach ache. I had breating problem (Assma) till i was 11. At that time i have taken a lot of Anti-bioticx. Now i dont have that problem. I am very skinny. Can any one help me to make me a good diet that will make a fit body for me. Thank you.

You didn't give your height, so it's hard to say how underweight you are. As for a diet, eat grains (rice, wheat, corn, etc.), beans, nuts, carrots, and other vegetables. Nuts will be particularly good for you, since they have protein and oils that you will need to pack on some weight. In addition, get a serving of meat on a regular basis, such as fish, chicken, pork and lamb/mutton. If your milk allergy means that you can't eat beef, then avoid that.

In addition to eating well, get some regular exercise. Try to walk 5 km per day... more if you can. This will help tone your muscles and give you time to think about things to control your anxiety.
