Put the past where it belongs in the past. We all have skeletons in our closet and if we dwell on them then we'll never get past them. Keep an open mind and show your girl some respect by not judging her on her past mistakes or indiscretions.

Well all have skeltons and excess baggage. How would you like it if she held something against you from your past. There is no way to fight this, it's your past, already happened and maybe you learned from it and became a better person or maybe you just learned a lesson. Either way we are a sum of our experreinces and your girlfriend may not be the person she is today if she had not expereinced that so get over it. It's not fair to hold past against someone and if you do doesn't that make you kind of shallow?

Why do so many of us pretend that past relationships and decisions don't affect us now?
Yes, while those choices have made the person we now currently Love the truth is the past will always come back to haunt us.
You need to begin to have an open dialogue with her about her past...and about yours. Clearly she hasn't told your everything and until she does (and you do the same) that mistrust will always be there. Do you want mistrust to be a part of your relationship with her?
If you can't do that with total openness, honesty and trust...move on.

What's the issue? If she tells you that she did something before getting together with you and you don't approve of it, would you break up with her or would it not matter? If it doesn't matter, then you don't really need to know, do you? What you need to concentrate on is how she is with you now and whether or not you think you can trust her. If you can, then let it go.
People grow and people change, don't judge her based on what she did years ago, judge her on how she is now.

Try to think of something else instead of her past. Remember the past is in the past. You should trust her more.

I'm sure she has a hard enough time with the things that she has done . She really doesn't need more crap added on her about her mistakes because of the hangups you may have about what she did. Does she know everything that you have done?
