i have minicam 100k digi camera,put c.d in wat came with it.every think works exceptwen.i download says no cam

i have minicam100k digi camera,have set up c.d softwere which came with it,every think works except wen i go to download pic of camera,it says no camera found,some 1 told me could need new driver?

Try re-installing the USB cable driver. Or try using a different USB port on your computer.
