You can definately still get in as a ROTC cadet. Just find your nearest detachment and arrange an appointment with one of their officers to get the details. You'll be what's called a double-up (in other words, you'll complete more than one ROTC course per semester... which is really not as difficult as it may sound). For AFROTC this incurred an additional two weeks at field training during one summer, but NROTC might be different (I know AROTC is).

I'm trying to get into NROTC myself, I thought you could only get in after one year, but I might be wrong. Check out www.nrotc.navy.mil or www.navy.com
