She has lot one main front tooth as she is old in her age ( 16 human years ). She loves kangaroo cat meat but the smell is foul and a plain diet of that isn't healthy for her.

She can't really eat cat biscuits because she can't chew food properly because of losing a tooth.

Is it okay to feed cats pasta?

What do you suggest?

Pasta would be a very poor choice for a cat. I would judge you are in Australia as kangaroo is used in pet food there and not in the US. So I don't know if the smell of kangaroo is worse than any other cat food. Meat is always the choice in food for a cat and if it is cooked meat from commercial food it will have the taurine that she must have for her health.

I believe Dr. Robert Lonsdale of Australia is head of your national veterinary association and a strong proponent of raw diets for cats and dogs. That's something you can look into by putting in an internet search for BARF (biologically appropriate raw food). I make a raw diet (with a supplement powder) for my cats. I am not a vegetarian and many who are "stomach" the cat food and raw meat for the sake of their cats. No grain or grain product, such as pasta, can possibly meet the nutritional needs of a cat.

When I was younger we had an old persian cat named Blue. She had eaten dry food all her life and in her old age even though she had lost ALL of her teeth would NOT eat anything else. We gave her soft food, tuna, etc. but she would only eat what she'd eaten her entire life. For your cat I would suggest to continue giving her whatever she likes, if she likes it enough she'll eat it no problem. I also work as a CNA and have noticed a lot of elderly can chew pretty darn good without teeth as well.

Except for things like chocolate- if she'll eat it, let her. She's old. She should enjoy her remaining time. Our cats eat just about anything that we eat. They are fed dry and wet food. They love cream. But they also love spaghetti, pizza, gravy, donuts... it's not their diet, it's served as treats.
Try everything in small amounts- canned shrimp, tuna...
Make sure she drinks a lot of water. It may be she is not well. You should consider letting your vet have a look. More than that, just love her and when the time comes, do the right thing and don't let her suffer.

Go to the market and get your cat some canned cat food and some kitty milk, I had a cat live 18 years drinking milk everyday.

If the cat likes it, its alright to feed it pasta, otherwise, you can feed it chicken broth or any other meat broth or, there is a special cat food for elderly cats that can be found at most pet stores. Don't give it milk, it gives adult cats an upset stomach
