Should the be able to carry around weapons to protect themselves from students that go crazy or evn messed up people. Our school has been discussing that. Give me some oppinions.

Yes, i do belive that teachers and security should be allowed to carry non lethal defence weapons, and i live in london!!
The protection of other students and is paramount and training should be given if allowed, I do have to point out that the theft of weapons from subjects allowed to carry them is of obvious concern and i suspect that many subjects would reject the principal of carrying a weapon in a school, there should be better ways of reducing the chance of students or nutters entering schools armed with any type of weapon including metal pens, combs or sharpened tools.

School staff no Security yes.
Any kid can syike out there teacher and take it from them.
Teachers shoulnt have weapon.

No, and I am a teacher. Isn't that what security is for? But I guess is depends and the area. Is is not necessary where I live.

i dont think so, but it depepnds on how crazy the kids are
