A good detox is just fruit and water for five days...its a lot harder than it sounds! You can usually get detox products in places like Boots (or health shops)

First of all- no drinking alcohol for a week. Drink lots of water- or anything that is not alcohol. Any kind of tea is excellent because of the antioxidants. Get lots of sleep- at least 8 hours per night. Eat well- fruits & veggies, as others have suggested, but also protein and dairy.
You should be ready to party again for the holidays! Peace and Good Luck.

Drink cranberry juice, or go to the health store and check out their natural supplements that flush toxins out. Green tea is good too, the natural tea in the bags not the sugar loaded stuff at the gas station. I know I will get a thumbs down for not just saying "maybe you should stop doing ____" I know that is not the answer you want, because you already know that one....if you need an emergency flush, there are pills (do not take golden seal, most places test for this since it is so commonly used) and drinks you can use, but they arent cheap and you have to follow the directions for it to work. Head/sex shops have this stuff usually. If you want to track your progress, walgreens sells OTC home drug testing kits...and I am prepared for my thumbs down.

Drink lots of water, and whole wheat pasta helps too! Also, this may sound awkward, but take some laxatives, those should clear out your system! Lastly, include lots and lots of fiber in your diet.

Eat lots of fresh vegetables, (preferrably rich in vitamin c, such as oranges, grapefruits), hot and spicy foods will help you sweat out the toxins in your body. Fiber such as beans and whole wheat should also help. Make sure to drink lots of water also!
