If it is in the bikini zone...

try this product called BikiniZone sold at regular drugstores by the razor stuff. It is just a cream you put on after you shave and for a few dys after. If you keep up with it, you can stop before you start. In this area, the burn is literally caused by the hair being chopped off and the nub is stuck under your skin and cant get out.

If it is the legs...

wait till it heals and next time you shave, use a NEW razor, SHAVING cream, go SLOWLY, and MOISTURIZE after with a lotion that is not overly perfumed. This will guarentee good results.

Well, you never mentioned where the area was, but.... Try swabing the area with a cotton ball soaked in witch hazel, which soothes the red bumps, then let as much air get to the area as possible. This combo will dry out out the raised bumps and the fire itching should subside within the first day. Depending on the severirity, you may actually have scabs, DON'T PICK THEM! let them go away naturally, or the hurt will begin again!

If you don't have the money to go with all those expensive creams, try shaving with a 99-cent conditioner. It softens the skin and hair on your body, the same way it does on your normal hair, and it will give you a smooth shave.

i desire to propose employing the Venus Breeze razor. It has the shaving creme on the razor, so with each swipe, you're getting a layer of shaving creme to ward off inflammation. (and this is not crappy like the instinct razor). additionally, if razor burn does happen, use a creme mutually with Bikini Zone. in spite of if this is not on the bikini line, it is an stunning ointment to take the area and redness out of razor burn.

right after you shave, wipe the area with an antibacterial wipe. (they look like baby wipes). Razor burn occurs because bacteria gets into the just shaven area. It also helps if you use lotion regularly so that you don't have dry skin.

Put some type of cream or lotion on it, and it will sooth the skin...(pert near sounds like a commercial dont it LOL!)...

Alcohol on it first will "tighten" the skin, then the cream to soothe it.

I wish you well..
