Why don't more people use the Check Spelling feature in Answers?

I'm really surprised to see answers with misspellings when there is a Check Spelling feature to use before submitting.
What do you think- is it laziness? Ego? Fear? What??

Everytime I have tried to use it -- it gets stuck! The browser just hangs. I see no point in trying to use it anymore.
