Does anyone give away cars to people who are ill like cancer etc. and who needs one?

I am very ill and can't work. I have crohns, heart disease, back problems and am fighting cancer. We need a car to get us around and the one we have is getting old and falling apart. Can anyone help?

American Cancer Soc. can usually help with transportation issues for appointments.
