I have taken the dogs to other vets and the vets say they have no problem with big dogs. When I show up they are surprised how big they are and scared of them. So it's hard for me to relax my dogs. I need to know someone who is comfortable working around them and knows what they are doing. Any suggestions?

Sorry, Thornhill is in Ontario Canada. And you have to take your dog to the vet for vac every year.

You may want to call a shelter and ask them if they know of any good vets that are good with big dogs. Or you can go with option two, Take you kids to a country vet one who is used to working with big animals. They don't back away. Good luck.

What wrong with the Dogs that they need a Vet? Many things you can do yourself, if, you take the time to learn. We never take a dog to the Vet, unless a car run over it, which not happen and the yard is fenced. If, you learn to worm them and give them their shots and then feed them well, they should stay Healthy and not need a Vet.
