It keeps popping and clicking, someone told me it was trapped nitrogen gas bubbles, etc. It is uncomfortable and the pain flares up sometimes.
Will it go away?

What is happening is your shoulder is going in and out of the socket. You will need to see a doctor because if you are not careful it can come out of socket and not go back in causing you severe pain. My mom had this and they had to put pins in her shoulders to make them stop....Hope this helps

Its just trapped pockets of air in the joints.
If there's no pain with it then its harmless.
If you experience pain you should see a doctor.

maybe your double jointed?try not to pop it see how it goes in the meantime go see your doc as they ll be able to get to the route of the problem,i would imagine the pain not going away if its the popping that's causing it.

Yeah, it's trapped gas. If it hurts, see an orthopaedist.
