Depends on how old you and he are. You both have to be 16 to have consensual sex. It is not illegal in the fact that he is your step bro, but think of how your household could change if things don't work out. He may have some nice mates. Think about it.

No it is not illegal!! But come on don't you think it will be weird getting invloved with your step brother! I think you should find a way to get these feelings under control. And anyway how do you know if he see's you in the same way? Wouldn't it be shameful if you told him you fancied him, and he didn't feel the same way. I think it would be really embarassing and i would prob feel like I wouldn't be able to face him ever again!!

Find somebody else its illegal, thats your step- brother and it wouldn't be right. That is like doing it with your brother. A hint of advice find someone else. There are plenty of guys out there to be with so find another. Going with family is not right.

No, haven't you seen Eastenders with Sharon and Dennis?! It is not illegal, but seeing as your are going to be in eachothers lives from now on I would advise you not to think of him like this, as if stuff goes wrong you can never escape him..you are family now!! (although obviously not blood related)

no. you have to be blood-bound to make it illegal. trust me. I read up on this and even asked a cop about it when I found out that my boyfriends dad and my mom had been having an affair for 6 months. =/
