i only work in the evenings. and i do computer work. while i do have opportunities to play on the computer at work, i have to set an example for all of you.
especially for the middle and high school kids on here. Im tired of my tax money being wasted by kids who want to play on the computer during school hours. If you have a job and are at work now, does yahoo answer effect your ability to do your job? Be honest.
Or can you multi-task? (i bet a lot of you will lie about yourselves and say you can multi-task....many people cannot.)

I do agree that generally speaking americans in general have focus problems. To take it as far as saying people are doing this rather than work. Im sure there are some. probably many. I cant focus for hours upon hours. without a quick break every so often, i think id have a permanent headache.
I can multi-task but this isnt something that i multi-task..
I do from 3-10 projects at the same time... and things are on and off my desk quicker than anyone elses here.. So when im printing out abunch of different things.. i check email and do whatever i want. funny to read some of this at lunch too.

My job is all about multi tasking, so yes I can handle it. To be honest, I do get irritated when I'm trying to answer a question on here and then my phone rings (like right now...takes a moment to answer phone).

Anyway, it doesn't really effect my job and if I find that it does I take a break from it for a little while or for even a whole day. I understand what you mean about the teenage kids. I tend to ignore most of their questions because most of their questions consists of "Do you think he likes me?" Get's very annoying. Anyway, thanks for writing :-)
