Hey, i see this problem as a problem inside YOU. You don't need to please every women. So, stop being too needy. Evict the need that you need "your soul-mate" and feel that "she's the one." In my experience, I just LIVE my OWN LIFE. I date women and if a certain woman doesn't like me, no sweat! I have a plenty of choices. Ironically, more women will be attracted to me.

You may have caught her at a crossroad in her life.
...She obviously likes you, but is in a relationship at the moment, and is mindful of that. She may see you as a better option. Don't push her into anything, she will make her own decision in the fullness of time.
Oddly enough, a few years ago, I saw a lovely young lady in a coffeee shop serving, and just had to get to know her better. I left my phone number on a serviette under the bill. She phoned me and we had a 'thing' for a few months, which was fun.
Don't step on anyone's toes here, I'm sure you would not appreciate another bloke coming in between you and a loved one.
Good luck though!

She was interested in you enough to phone you. And honest enough to tell you that she is involved with some one else.
The next step is to see what she expects from you. So ask to go on a date but, go on the date with out too many expectations. Relationships are not instant they need time to grow. Use the date to sound her out and find out how involved she really is with this other person. Also let her know how you feel about how serious you are. By asking her about the other person she is seeing gives you the opertunity to say how you feel about relationships and what you hope for in them with out appearing to be coming on strong. Bear in mind you may find out that your not compatiable. If all goes well then another date will seem the natural thing to do.
Good luck

she says she has a boyfriend, so believe her. She probably feels flattered that you have taken an interest in her, and she may have been tempted to take things further, but has suddenly had her conscience kick in! Just wait and see.
If she is lying about having a boyfriend it may be wise to keep away from her if mind-games are her thing. Or it could be that she is sizing you up a bit.

My experience says that your better than what she has already and wants to see if you'll be better in the long run before she trades up a model!

sounds like she is with someone, but she is keeping her options open, so what she has may not be serious. You play your cards right you may win her over, but get some more info from her first.

Probably is into you, or she wouldn't call..
Perhaps her relationship is on the rocks and isn't sure just yet... Or maybe she just wants to see how serious you are..
Take her out, and see if you can get into her panties... :D
