Aww, snap. He didn't just say that did he?

Yes I did. I don't accept it. I don't believe in it.

Now what?

Now you are free to live and full and happy unimpaired life.

Enjoy it my friend.

All a person has to do is look at a child and you can blatantly see right there in front of you that the child is innocent. Right from their little toes to the tips of their hair. Seriously...Original sin?

You really think God (if he exists) would be that mean as to start us off in life with a ticket to hell that can only be reversed by baptism...So what happens to all the babies who die in childbirth, or coat death before they can be baptized...Are they burning in hell?

Cause if they are, then that just furthers my conviction that if there is a God, he's a megalomaniac bully with a *cough* 'God-complex'...Yes I did just pull that pun, see me I'm funny...right?

Whether you accept original sin or not is irrelevant. Men are punished for their own sins, not for the sins of others. Thus, original sin brings you into the world where you have continued to sin. Original sin is not a sin on you, but on society. Thus, your attempt to sound educated in this question is rather fruitless.

...then you don't get original sin?? You are trying to be clever but I don't think you are. Following the same logic the answer is "then you don't get original sin." which doesn't make much sense. Stick to rappin or whatever you do. Aww, snap.

Seeing as original sin is a manmade doctrine (I think it was Pelagius, in response to Irenaues' assertion that it was possible to live a sin-free life, which would have let people off the hook with the church--one of those second or third century church fathers), I don't think it's a big deal.

ETA: Augustine. Should have known.

If only it were that easy. Adam and Eve's mistake in the garden has consequences for all of us because they had children. If they had remained childless, that sin wouldn't have been passed on to all of us, of course we wouldn't exist either.

Salvation is a gift - yours to accept or reject. If you reject it, it still remains available should you change your mind, until the moment of your death. Then it's too late.

Judging from the various questions you have posed, it appears there isn't much you do accept. Are you familiar with the old saying, "He who does not believe in anything will fall for anything." I just hope you enjoy very warm climates, as it appears you may be destined to spend eternity in one.

LOL I've answered a few of your posted questions, Sho-Nuff, but they mysteriously do not come out. I am beginning to wonder if "somebody" at the Yahoo end is censoring all the intelligent answers that "he" "she" or "they" are personally opposed to, religionwise.

It still exists whether you believe in it or not. No one can make your choices for you. As for what's next, Revelation might be a good place to start.

King is right. Your choice. But just don't believe in something mean it doesn;t exist. you might say you don't believe in gravity, and try it out.
