About two hours and 15 min if you can find a nonstop - which is unlikely.
Otherwise, you will have to fly 45 minutes up to Atlanta, then another hour and a half to Cleveland ... plus the time you are on the ground for the connection.

It depends on how long the layover time is, and where you switch planes. Flight times, if flying through Atlanta, would be around an hour to Atlanta, and then around 2 hours to Cleveland. Then just add in your layover time.
