Isaiah 53:1
Who has believed our message and to whom has the arm of the LORD been revealed?

John 12:38
This was to fulfill the word of Isaiah the prophet: "Lord, who has believed our message and to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?"

Romans 10:16
But not all the Israelites accepted the good news. For Isaiah says, "Lord, who has believed our message?"

You're not wording your questions very well.....if you're asking if we could say that the same verse is relevant for this day and age? I would say yes.

Well Solomon said that there's nothing new under the sun-that includes attitudes toward God-so yes that's true of today.

Yes, but the ones revealed would be considered as heathens and be persecuted for it by religious zealots
