with a blood test showing high mpv what is this mpv and what does it mean. also showed high absolute lymph. what does this mean also. thank you

Do you mean a MCV? MCH? which determine you size and shapes of your RBC. A high absolute Lymph means that a Med tech looked at your blood and found that you have a high number of Lymphocytes in your blood...which are used to help kill viruses and produes antibodies.
